Effective May 26, 2009, NewMMIS replaced MMIS. NewMMIS is accessible from the Virtual Gateway Application. As part of NewMMIS implementation:
REVS functionality was incorporated into NewMMIS.
User IDs and Passwords to log into Virtual Gateway and gain access to NewMMIS were sent to all TAO staff via e-mail the week of May 18, 2009. The e-mail also provided instructions to log onto Virtual Gateway.

Job Aids regarding NewMMIS functionality (lessons include: logging onto Virtual Gateway, replacing MassHealth cards, issuing temporary MassHealth cards) were added to DTA Online/Training.
You can replace MassHealth Cards and create temporary MassHealth Cards.
Each client will have his or her own MassHealth Card. A MassHealth Card must be created or replaced for each client requesting a temporary or replacement MassHealth Card.
The Temporary MassHealth ID Card (TMID) is used to replace MassHealth Cards in the event that NewMMIS is not functioning.
