Member ID Card Replacement - EAEDC

 

When a client loses an identification card, a replacement card can be generated within the NewMMIS system.  This section describes how to generate a replacement member ID card.

 

Log into Virtual Gateway and access NewMMIS.  On the Member Search panel:

  1. enter the search criteria, such as Last and First Name, Member ID, etc.

  2. click Search.

Note:

You may also press the Enter key instead of clicking Search.

  1. in the Search Results panel, click the Member ID.

Note:

There may be multiple returned results. Make sure to verify unique Member Data, such as Member ID, before accessing the member panels.

 

On the Member Maintenance panel:

  1. click Member ID Cards.

  2. on the Member ID Cards panel, click New.

On the Member ID Cards Maintenance panel:

  1. select the Issue Reason from the Issue Reason drop-down.

  2. click Add.

On the Member Maintenance panel, click Save All.

 

On the Messages panel, review the Message Description for any messages that generated.

 

Note:

If the replacement transaction was not successful, this panel would display error message(s) to detail any errors.
