When a client loses an identification card, a replacement card can be generated within the NewMMIS system. This section describes how to generate a replacement member ID card.
Log into Virtual Gateway and access NewMMIS. On the Member Search panel:
enter the search criteria, such as Last and First Name, Member ID, etc.
click Search.

in the Search Results panel, click the Member ID.

There may be multiple returned results. Make sure to verify unique Member Data, such as Member ID, before accessing the member panels. |
On the Member Maintenance panel:
click Member ID Cards.
on the Member ID Cards panel, click New.
On the Member ID Cards Maintenance panel:
select the Issue Reason from the Issue Reason drop-down.
click Add.
On the Member Maintenance panel, click Save All.
On the Messages panel, review the Message Description for any messages that generated.
